Having recently undergone a change of ownership, this comfortable old coaching inn has an excellent reputation for good food, fine wine and a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is included in the cost of the rooms except for the bunk room. Please note that the restaurant is currently being redecorated and is closed. Originally a farm which received its coaching licence in 1839, the Royal Mail Coach once stopped here on its way from London through Betws-y-Coed to Holyhead.
