Built as a gentleman’s residence in 1850 on the site of the historic thirteenth-century Cistercian monastery, the hotel is situated within beautiful grounds with the foothills of the Snowdonia range providing a dramatic backdrop. As soon as you walk into our entrance hall, with its magnificent galleried Victorian staircase and blazing winter log fire, you will immediately feel at home. The hotel has recently undergone a great deal of refurbishment.
