The Durham East Premier Travel Inn is convenient for travellers on the A1(M) due to it’s location just off J62 at Durham, between Darlington and Newcastle-upon-Tyne. From the A1(M), take the A690 west to Durham, then take the first exit and after approximately half a mile turn left again. The Travel Inn is located on the left and has plenty of on-site parking. The city has many historical attractions such as Durham City, Durham Cathedral and Durham Castle.
