The hotel is situated just outside of Eastbourne town centre close to the A22. From either the A22 or the A27 at Polgate take the bypass signposted Eastbourne (A22). Continue along the A22 to the Shinewater roundabout and turn left towards Langney. The hotel is situated just under a mile on the left.
